Anna Marsh
Anna is our core training expert. As a Pilates teacher, she combines the principles of Pilates to both resistance and cardiovascular work to tone and strengthen her clients from the inside out. Additionally she offers one to one Pilates sessions, an excellent option for back pain management or pre and post natal work. Anna is also a nutrition student and can provide sound advice on weight management and healthy living.
