The thirtysevendegrees boxing ring provides an arena for dedicated boxing training alongside open boxing classes. If you’ve never been inside a boxing ring before this is your opportunity to step inside the ropes. Boxing is a fantastic way to improve your fitness and it’s suitable for all.

In addition to the ring, you’ll find our dedicated boxing area equipped with punch bags, skipping ropes - in fact, everything you need to take your training to another level.

Take control of your safety by signing up for one of our regular Self Defence courses. Self defence can help increase your awareness of the surroundings, focuses on the psychology of the attacker and gives you tips on how to avoid becoming a victim of crime. Classes take you though a variety of self defence techniques such as strikes, groundwork and pressure points. They really are an excellent opportunity to learn some valuable skills, invest in yourself and devise your own personal safety strategy.

These classes are relaxed and informal, and you certainly don’t need to be super fit to take part – they’re suitable for all shapes, sizes and ages. We use a variety of teaching methods such as flipcharts, role play as well as the traditional demonstration of techniques. Courses run for 8 weeks at regular intervals.
